Our client, a global tech organization, are hiring an experienced Business Process Consultant to support a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) project for one of their aviation customers. The successful candidate will serve as the process subject matter expert for ServiceNow SPM, ensuring business requirements are effectively aligned with the platform’s capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the process SME for ServiceNow SPM, ensuring alignment of business requirements with platform capabilities.
• Analyze, design and optimize processes related to portfolio, demand, project and resource management.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements and define target operating models.
• Support the integration of business processes with the ServiceNow SPM implementation roadmap.
• Provide best-practice guidance and ensure process adoption within the aviation domain.

Skillset

• Strong consulting experience in ServiceNow SPM & certified.
• Proven background in business process design, gap analysis and optimization.
• Experience within aviation or highly regulated industries is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Availability for a freelance/contract engagement.
