Our client, a fast-growing AdTech organization, is hiring an AI Research Engineer to join their team in California. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief AI Scientist and research group to create and implement state-of-the-art AI models driving the company’s cutting-edge advertising technology.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from concept and design through to deployment.
Research, design and experiment with LLM and multimodal models, advancing the state of generative AI.
Partner with product and engineering teams to translate research outcomes into production-ready solutions.
Contribute to cutting-edge research suitable for publication in leading AI conferences and journals.

Skillset

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or similar.
Solid understanding of algorithms, linear algebra, statistics and machine learning fundamentals.
Strong programming proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Demonstrated curiosity, creativity and passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
