ServiceNow UX & Portal Technical Consultant
Our client, a global tech organization, is hiring a ServiceNow UX & Portal Technical Consultant to join the team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will take a hands-on role in bridging design and delivery, as the company rolls out a ServiceNow portal and drives a UX research initiative to deliver a seamless end-user experience.
Responsibilities

Evaluate ServiceNow portal mockups for technical feasibility and propose effective, practical solutions.

Advise on modules like Content Delivery, Onboarding and others, ensuring minimal customisation.

Support portal governance and provide clear, actionable guidance to design teams.

Address ad-hoc requests by turning concepts into workable, implementable solutions.
Skillset

Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow portals.

Demonstrated expertise in assessing UX design feasibility and managing portal governance.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
