Our client, a leading European enterprise is hiring an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect to support a major HR transformation initiative. The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including Pro and Enterprise versions, and a proven ability to lead agile teams in designing and delivering scalable HRSD solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and roadmap for HRSD implementations.

• Plan, design, and deliver scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

• Define user stories, requirements, and best practices.

• Guide and support agile delivery teams.

• Provide technical leadership on HRSD capabilities and integrations.

Skillset

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with ServiceNow HRSD (Pro and Enterprise).

• Strong hands-on configuration and implementation skills.

• Proven experience leading agile teams and defining solution architecture.

• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).

• Available to start November 1st for a 9-month engagement.
