ServiceNow SPM Solution Architect / Functional Consultant (SAFe Implementation)
Location: E.U. (EU Resident & Passport is Essential)
Capacity: 20 hours per week

Our client, a leading European organization, is hiring a SAFe and ServiceNow SPM Consulant to join the team on a freelance basis to support the ServiceNow implementation team. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology  to drive the successful rollout of SAFe methodology within the existing SPM environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-side management of the SAFe implementation project (go-live: Jan 2026).
• Conduct workshops with users to gather, refine, and validate requirements.
• Analyse feedback and recommend process and configuration improvements.
• Update and tailor user manuals to ensure clarity and relevance.
• Collaborate closely with HR IT Head, IT Project Lead, and technical implementation teams.

   

Skillset

• EU Residence & Passport is Essential.

• Proven SAFe implementation experience, ideally within a ServiceNow SPM environment.
• Strong background in large, cross-functional, complex, and regulated global programmes.
• Certified ServiceNow SPM expert with deep functional and technical understanding.
• Experience as a functional/solution consultant, adept at bridging business and technology teams.
