Our client, an IT Solutions organization, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Architect with Active Top Secret Clearance to join the team in Maryland. The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation and governance of complex ServiceNow solutions across federal environments, as well as shaping the technical direction of large-scale digital transformation initiatives to ensure each solution is secure, scalable and fully compliant with federal standards.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical authority for the ServiceNow platform across multiple federal programs.
Design, develop and oversee end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that achieve optimal performance, scalability and compliance.
Lead, coach and mentor Agile delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation of complex ServiceNow projects.
Architect and manage integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers and other integration tools.
Establish and maintain governance frameworks to support change control, platform standards and best practices.
Translate business and functional requirements into secure, compliant and effective technical designs.
Drive modernization and automation initiatives to enhance and expand the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Skillset

Active Top Secret Clearance is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar.
At least 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus.
Demonstrated success leading Agile teams and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
Advanced expertise in platform integrations, APIs, data architecture and system design.
Strong understanding of federal compliance and security frameworks.
Proven experience establishing governance and change control processes within large organizations.
