Our client, a leading automotive company, are hiring a highly skilled ServiceNow AI Expert for a 4-month full-time contract. The role requires hands-on experience in multiple ServiceNow modules, including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD, and the ability to deliver AI-driven solutions that optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Apply AI and automation capabilities to enhance products (e.g. SPM, ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD processes).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop predictive analytics, virtual agents and other intelligent solutions.
• Support integration with third-party applications and other enterprise systems.
• Provide guidance on AI adoption within the ServiceNow platform.

Skillset

• EU citizenship required.
• Proven hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (3 minimum): SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow AI, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence and Automation capabilities.
• Experience implementing AI-driven solutions in a business environment.
• ServiceNow certifications in relevant modules and AI capabilities.
• Knowledge of integration frameworks and scripting within ServiceNow.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team.
