ServiceNow Senior Architect
Our client, a rapidly growing IT services firm supporting the Federal Government, is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Architect to join their team in Virginia. The successful candidate will lead the strategic development of a new ServiceNow Line of Business and play a key part in establishing the firm as a ServiceNow Consulting & Implementation (C&I) partner, shaping the company’s ServiceNow capabilities from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development of their ServiceNow Line of Business (LOB), including go-to-market planning, partner ecosystem growth, certification strategy and P&L management.
- Build, manage and scale the ServiceNow practice, overseeing both capture and delivery teams.
- Identify, qualify and prioritize ServiceNow Consulting & Implementation (C&I) opportunities across Federal and commercial sectors.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to design and execute strategic capture plans that drive revenue growth.
- Lead client engagement efforts and develop long-term relationships with government and private-sector customers.
- Conduct competitive analyses and develop teaming and pricing strategies to strengthen bid competitiveness.
- Partner with proposal teams to define win themes, solution architectures and delivery approaches.
- Represent the company at ServiceNow industry events, conferences and partner forums to enhance visibility and partnerships.
Skillset
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance strongly preferred.
- At least 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with an emphasis on consulting and implementation.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS-ITSM or Sales Accreditations are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in leading capture efforts exceeding $5M annually, preferably within the Federal Government market.
- Proven ability to manage and expand a multi-million-dollar P&L, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow sales, partnership and delivery frameworks.
