Contract

Our client, a global telecommunications company, are hiring a Dynamics 365 Developer with experience in Customer Insights and Marketing to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work closely with solution architects, business analysts and Microsoft partners to consolidate multiple marketing and customer engagement tools into a unified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data & Journeys) and Dynamics 365 Marketing.

  • Build and manage data ingestion pipelines, customer segments and journey automations to deliver unified customer profiles and personalised marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect to translate functional designs and roadmaps into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.

  • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform components, and external marketing or data systems.

  • Configure and extend Dynamics 365 entities, plugins and Power Automate workflows to enhance functionality.

  • Support performance tuning, data quality initiatives and platform optimisation activities.

  • Contribute to documentation, testing and deployment processes to ensure efficient and reliable solution delivery.

Skillset

  • Demonstrated experience developing solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and/or Dynamics 365 Marketing.

  • Strong understanding of Power Platform components, including Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse.

  • Hands-on experience with data modelling, transformation and integration using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse or similar technologies.

  • Proven ability to design, implement and optimize customer segments, journeys and triggers for marketing automation.

  • Solid knowledge of API integrations and custom connectors within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with marketing technology stacks and CRM data flows.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and a collaborative working style.

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus.
