Technical Consultant – IRM / Vulnerability Response / CMDB

Our client, a business consulting and services firm, are hiring a hands-on Technical Consultant on a six-month contract to support an Integrated Risk Management (IRM) project focused on Vulnerability Response and CMDB. The successful candidate deliver technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, improving asset visibility, risk response and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance ServiceNow IRM, Vulnerability Response and CMDB modules.

• Integrate vulnerability data with CMDB and related systems.

• Develop workflows, automations, and reports to support risk and vulnerability management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; ensure CMDB data quality.

• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to align solutions with business needs.

Skillset

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience (IRM, SecOps, CMDB).

• Knowledge of vulnerability management and ITIL processes.

• Experience with tools like Qualys, Tenable or Rapid7.

• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).

• ServiceNow CIS – IRM or SecOps certification is a bonus.

• CMDB Health or Discovery experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
