Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is hiring a ServiceNow TSM Developer to join the team remotely on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key part in enhancing and expanding their ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) capabilities by helping to drive greater service delivery efficiency, automation and overall operational performance.
Responsibilities
- 
Design, develop and configure ServiceNow TSM modules and workflows in alignment with telecommunications industry standards. 
- 
Partner with architects, process owners and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions that support telecom service operations. 
- 
Integrate ServiceNow with other telecommunications systems and tools to enable seamless data exchange and comprehensive service visibility. 
- 
Customise user interfaces, business rules, scripts and data policies to align with specific project needs. 
- 
Participate in testing, deployment and post-implementation support to ensure successful delivery of new TSM features and enhancements. 
- 
Provide technical expertise and best practice recommendations to support continuous improvement and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. 
Skillset
- 
At least 5 years of practical experience in ServiceNow development, with proven expertise in Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) modules. 
- 
In-depth knowledge of telecom service management processes, including order management, service inventory and fulfilment. 
- 
Demonstrated proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. 
- 
Working knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, CSM and ITSM functionalities. 
- 
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating in cross-functional project environments. 
- 
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or TSM certification is a bonus. 
- 
US Citizenship is required.
