ServiceNow Developer

Our client, an award-winning business solutions provider, is hiring a talented ServiceNow Developer to join the team on a contract basis in Illinois. The successful candidate will play a key role in the technical implementation and support of core ServiceNow modules, helping businesses enhance efficiency, drive innovation and optimize IT operations across the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical implementation and support of key ServiceNow modules, including Change, Incident, Problem and Service Catalog management.

• Design, configure and optimize the Service Catalog, including request forms, catalog items and fulfillment processes.

• Utilize IntegrationHub to develop, manage and streamline complex system integrations.

• Build, automate and maintain workflow-driven solutions using Flow Designer.

• Develop, customize and troubleshoot ServiceNow Workflows to align with evolving business requirements.

Skillset

• At least 8  years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

• Extensive expertise in REST/SOAP API design and integration.

• Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks, processes and best practices.
