Our client, an AI-driven organization, is hiring an AI Engineer to join their growing team in Massachusetts. The successful candidate will be responsible to design, develop and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, sustainability and performance across their technology platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy AI systems and tools within the organization’s software ecosystem.
Research, architect and prototype innovative AI/Machine Learning solutions to solve real-world problems.
Communicate AI insights and best practices across multidisciplinary teams, including software, engineering and business functions.
Partner with subject matter experts to define, refine and evaluate AI problem statements and performance metrics.
Manage the complete AI development lifecycle – from data preparation and model creation to deployment, monitoring and ongoing optimization.
Collaborate seamlessly with a remote, globally distributed team operating across multiple time zones.

Skillset

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science or similar.
At least 3 years of experience developing Reinforcement Learning (RL) solutions, or working with LLMs and RAG implementations.
Strong software development experience with strong proficiency in Python, including NumPy and PyTorch.
Demonstrated ability to process and analyze complex, real-world datasets.
Hands-on experience with IoT and time-series data.
Practical experience with AWS, Docker, or similar cloud/container technologies.
Solid understanding of MLOps practices and workflows.
Familiarity with AI-driven industrial process control applications.
Working knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
Proven experience collaborating with distributed, global teams.
