Our client, a certified ServiceNow Partner, are hiring a ServiceNow Engagement Manager to join the team in Maryland. The successful candidate will oversee and drive complex, multi-stakeholder ServiceNow initiatives across both the Healthcare and Federal sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and aligned with client objectives.

  • Collaborate with ServiceNow Solution Consultants, Architects, and Delivery Teams to define project scope, deliverables and success criteria.

  • Oversee and guide the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM and CSM.

  • Facilitate workshops and design sessions to capture requirements and align business needs with ServiceNow capabilities.

  • Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within both the project team and client environment.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, frameworks and security requirements, particularly within Federal and Healthcare engagements.

Skillset

  • US Citizenship is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within a professional services or consulting organisation.

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow consulting engagements.

  • Demonstrated success leading and managing ServiceNow projects across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM and CSM modules.

  • Prior experience working within Healthcare and/or Federal sectors.
