ServiceNow Custom Integrations Specialist – Full Time, 6 weeks

We’re looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to design and build custom integrations linking applications like SuccessFactors with ServiceNow’s AI Search.

The role focuses on creating and maintaining custom connectors and integration logic using ServiceNow APIs and scripting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement custom connectors between ServiceNow and external systems (SuccessFactors, LeanIX, Arix).

• Integrate data and workflows into the ServiceNow AI Search experience.

• Use IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and custom scripts to create reliable integrations.

• Document data mappings, workflows, and technical designs.

• Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance.

• Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on integrations.

• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and JavaScript scripting in ServiceNow.

• Experience integrating SuccessFactors, LeanIX, or Arix (ideally all three).

• Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, API keys).

• Familiarity with AI Search or Now Assist is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.

Preferred

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist.

• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
