Overview

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Integrations Specialist to deliver custom integrations for a self-hosted (on-prem) ServiceNow instance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and JavaScript.

• Support on-premise ServiceNow configuration, performance, and security.

• Troubleshoot and optimize data exchange between ServiceNow and external systems.

• Document and deliver clean, scalable integration solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow integrations (on-prem essential).

• Strong in API development, MID Server, and Flow Designer.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Retail experience and ServiceNow certifications a plus.
