ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Implementation Architect

Our client, an elite ServiceNow partner, are hiring  an experienced ServiceNow HAM Implementation Architect to lead the end-to-end setup of our Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) solution. The ideal candidate  should have  hands-on experience defining HAM architecture, data models and processes across multi-location environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow HAM Pro implementations, from design to deployment.

• Define and configure stockrooms and inventory structures across multiple sites.

• Establish and publish standardized product models in the Product Catalog for consistent procurement and lifecycle management.

• Configure core data foundations including Organizational Units, Users, User Groups, Fiscal Periods and Currencies (with multi-currency support).

• Ensure accurate reporting and financial tracking aligned with HAM Pro best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define governance, process ownership and integration with ITSM/ITOM modules.

Skillset

• Proven experience leading ServiceNow HAM or ITAM implementations.

• Strong understanding of HAM Pro architecture, data model and workflows.

• Experience setting up multi-location inventory and product catalog structures.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
