ServiceNow FSO Solutions Architect

Our client, a global IT Services and Consulting organization, are hiring a ServiceNow FSO Solutions Architect to join their team in Virginia on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives while optimizing performance, scalability and security.

Responsibilities

• Create high-level architecture documents and technical blueprints for ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals.

• Lead technical discussions, promote best practices and optimize solutions for performance, security and scalability.

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into effective technical and functional solutions.

• Coach junior team members and ensure compliance with architectural standards and governance policies.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive design specifications, maintenance guides and as-built documentation.

• Regularly review environments to identify enhancement opportunities and stay current with ServiceNow updates and features.

Skillset

• ServiceNow Certification in CIS-CSM (Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management).

• Demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Implementation Specialist.

• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules and industry best practices.

• Strong ability to engage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts effectively.
