  ServiceNow - Engagement / Project Manager

Our client, a global leader in the FinTech industry, is hiring a ServiceNow Consultant to join the team on a contract basis in Bayern, Germany. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering the company’s Native ServiceNow SaaS solutions, working closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams and senior management to ensure projects are executed smoothly and aligned with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline and budget.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules and resource allocations.

  • Coordinate deliverables and dependencies across internal teams, vendors and stakeholders.

  • Lead meetings independently, capturing business requirements and translating them for technical execution.

  • Track and report project progress, risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Elicit and analyse business requirements through interviews, workshops and documentation.

  • Convert business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.

  • Collaborate with developers, solution architects and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.

  • Document business processes, workflows and system interactions to support project execution and future enhancements.

Skillset

  • Extensive experience in both project management and business analysis.

  • Skilled at translating business needs into technical solutions and driving successful execution.

  • Confident leading meetings and communicating requirements independently of technical team members.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering SaaS or IT projects on time and within scope.

  • Completion of CSA training for ServiceNow within 2 months is a big plus.

  • Hands-on experience with product demos to enhance understanding and client engagement.
