Our client, an established IT Services & Consulting organization, is hiring an experienced Solutions Architect with expertise in ITOM (IT Operations Management) to join the team in New York. The successful candidate will lead the architectural design and technical delivery of large-scale ServiceNow implementations, from shaping their platform strategy, designing complex integrations, and guiding customers through technical decision-making and product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and delivery of complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

  • Design, implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing expert guidance on complex challenges and platform adoption.

  • Plan, facilitate and lead technical workshops and customer-facing presentations.

  • Produce and maintain high-quality technical designs and architectural documentation.

  • Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting both technical capability and professional growth.

  • Champion industry best practices, delivery methodologies and ServiceNow platform standards.

Skillset

  • Proven experience leading architectural design and development for large-scale initiatives, preferably within a ServiceNow environment.

  • A minimum of two Certified Implementation Specialist certifications or similar.

  • Proven capability in designing and delivering integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

  • Strong track record of guiding customers through complex technical discussions and platform adoption.

  • Experience delivering workshops, presentations and technical sessions for a range of stakeholders.

  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its core solutions.

  • Ability to design, document, and maintain complex technical architectures and integrations.

  • Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing junior team members.

  • Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.

Benefits

  • Salary: $180k – $200k DOE
