ServiceNow Platform Architect – German Fiber Telco
Contract: Feb 2026 – 30 Jun 2026

Our client, a Digital Transformation consulting company, are hiring a ServiceNow Platform Architect & Platform Owner to join the team in Bavaria, Germany on a contract basis until the end of June. The successful candidate will drive the strategy, architecture and operational management of the ServiceNow platform within a fiber telecommunications provider’s OSS (Operations Support Systems) landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the ServiceNow platform roadmap and target architecture.

• Define and enforce platform architecture, development and integration standards.

• Lead integrations and automations across core OSS processes (Assurance, Fulfillment, Rollout.

• Manage releases, environments and CI/CD pipelines.

• Ensure platform governance, security, performance and operational stability.

Skillset

• Deep ServiceNow architecture experience including modules, data models, security, CI/CD and integrations.

• Hands-on development skills (JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ATF).

• Telecommunications / OSS experience.

• Knowledge of OMT, TNI, FSM or other scalable OSS systems is highly desirable.
