ServiceNow Telecoms Platform Architect (TSM & OSS)

ServiceNow Platform Architect – German Fiber Telco
Contract: Feb 2026 – 30 Jun 2026

We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect & Platform Owner to drive the strategy, architecture, and operational management of the ServiceNow platform within a fiber telecommunications provider’s OSS landscape. You will own the platform roadmap, enforce architecture standards, lead integrations and automations, manage releases and environments, and ensure governance, security, and performance across core OSS processes (Assurance, Fulfillment, Rollout).

Requirements:

• Deep ServiceNow architecture experience including modules, data models, security, CI/CD, and integrations.

• Hands-on development skills (JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ATF).

• Telco/OSS experience; knowledge of OMT, TNI, FSM, or other scalable OSS systems is highly desirable.
