Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect to support a large energy provider in Germany, part of a global organisation. This is a 6-month engagement where you will play a key role in the architecture, design, and delivery of a ServiceNow HRSD solution, working closely with the Project Manager and end customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of the ServiceNow HRSD solution.

Collaborate with the Project Manager and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide architectural guidance and best practice recommendations.

Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.

Oversee solution design documentation and ensure alignment with platform standards.

Support implementation activities and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a ServiceNow Architecture role.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery).

Proven experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
