The successful candidate will shape the organization’s technology, culture and growth from day one, directly impacting millions of patients and providers daily through their AI-powered platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy production-ready AI integrations and platform functionality.

• Lead technical projects from initial planning through successful launch.

• Design scalable systems and workflows that strengthen our competitive advantage.

• Serve as the technical liaison for customers, guiding integrations and building trusted relationships.

• Fine-tune AI agents at scale to enhance performance and deliver exceptional patient experiences.

• Convert field insights into actionable product improvements that shape the company’s roadmap.

Skillset

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on engineering experience delivering production-ready systems.

• Demonstrated leadership managing complex, multi-stream technical projects from start to finish.

• Confident customer-facing presence, able to lead architecture discussions and technical collaborations.

• Sharp product insight, translating customer needs into actionable engineering solutions.
