Our client, a global professional services organization, is hiring a ServiceNow Architect to join the team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will act as the technical authority and trusted advisor for enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations, from leading solution designs, providing expert guidance to cross-functional teams and ensuring the ServiceNow platform delivers outstanding business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and manage enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals and technology roadmaps.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into robust solution architectures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers and vendors to develop clear technical specifications.
  • Establish and maintain architectural standards, best practices and governance frameworks.
  • Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow modules and other enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship, serving as the escalation point for complex challenges.
  • Define and enforce development standards, coding practices and change management procedures.
  • Lead delivery of multiple concurrent workplace and safety-focused ServiceNow projects.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.
  • Advise senior leadership on platform capabilities, technical direction and strategic roadmap planning.

Skillset

  • Over 8 years of experience in IT service management and enterprise architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and customising ServiceNow solutions.
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with WSD and HSE modules is a big plus.
  • Proven ability to design complex, multi-instance ServiceNow environments with integrations.
  • Strong understanding of web services, REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, limitations and best practices.
  • Previous experience in real estate or business analysis or is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
