ServiceNow Architect – APAC
Our client, a global professional services organization, is hiring a ServiceNow Architect to join the team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will act as the technical authority and trusted advisor for enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations, from leading solution designs, providing expert guidance to cross-functional teams and ensuring the ServiceNow platform delivers outstanding business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Architect and manage enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals and technology roadmaps.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into robust solution architectures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers and vendors to develop clear technical specifications.
- Establish and maintain architectural standards, best practices and governance frameworks.
- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow modules and other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, serving as the escalation point for complex challenges.
- Define and enforce development standards, coding practices and change management procedures.
- Lead delivery of multiple concurrent workplace and safety-focused ServiceNow projects.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.
- Advise senior leadership on platform capabilities, technical direction and strategic roadmap planning.
Skillset
- Over 8 years of experience in IT service management and enterprise architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and customising ServiceNow solutions.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with WSD and HSE modules is a big plus.
- Proven ability to design complex, multi-instance ServiceNow environments with integrations.
- Strong understanding of web services, REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, limitations and best practices.
- Previous experience in real estate or business analysis or is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
