ServiceNow Architect – APAC

Our client, a global professional services organization, is hiring a ServiceNow Architect to join the team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the end-to-end technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions within the Insurance domain, leading solution design, directing implementation teams and ensuring best practice standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across the Insurance domain.

• Define and own the solution architecture and technical strategy for CSM and FSO.

• Convert insurance business processes, including claims, policy servicing and customer operations, into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Serve as the primary technical authority across ServiceNow delivery programs.

• Provide leadership, mentoring and direction to developers and implementation teams.

• Maintain strong platform governance, optimize performance and uphold best practice standards.

• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

• Enable and support integrations with core insurance systems and third-party platforms.

Skillset

• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with particular strength in CSM.

• Demonstrated success delivering FSO use cases within financial services or insurance environments.

• Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA, CIS-CSM, FSO or CAD.

• Previous experience leading ServiceNow projects or discrete workstreams.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and underlying data models.

• Proficiency in scripting, including JavaScript and the Glide API.

• Ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Practical experience within the Insurance sector is desirable.
