Our client, a global IT Services company, are hiring a ServiceNow Integrations Architect to join their team in Texas on a contract basis. The successful candidate will lead the enterprise integration architecture, shape the overall integration strategy, establish governance frameworks and guide delivery teams through complex, large-scale transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define and take ownership of the enterprise integration architecture strategy and long-term roadmap.
Design scalable and secure integration solutions across cloud, SaaS, on-premise and third-party platforms.
Develop and implement integration patterns, standards and governance frameworks.
Convert business requirements into clear, robust architectural designs.
Provide architectural leadership across major programs and transformation initiatives.
Review and approve solution designs, APIs, middleware usage and end-to-end data flows.
Advocate for modern integration approaches, including API-led, event-driven and microservices architectures.
Identify and address risks, performance considerations and security implications across integration landscapes.

Skillset

Demonstrated experience operating as an Enterprise Architect or Integration Architect within complex, large-scale organizations.
Extensive knowledge of API architecture, middleware technologies, messaging systems and integration platforms.
Practical experience delivering solutions across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and hybrid environments.
Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, microservices, REST and SOAP APIs, and data integration concepts.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide direction to cross-functional technical teams.
Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or ServiceNow integrations.
Experience contributing to digital transformation or enterprise modernization initiatives.
