ServiceNow Business Process Consultant
Our client, a growing Digital Transformation consultancy, is hiring a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join their team remotely on an initial 6-month contract. The successful candidate will streamline and enhance ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment and Knowledge Management.
Responsibilities

Analyze, refine and optimize ITSM processes in line with ITIL best practices.

Elicit, document and maintain requirements, use cases and process maps.

Configure ServiceNow ITSM components, including workflows, business rules, UI policies and catalog items.

Support UAT, deployments, reporting and KPIs, while delivering stakeholder workshops and training sessions.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Skillset

Bachelors degree in IT or Business with a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS-ITSM is a big plus.

Solid understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.

Proven experience in ServiceNow configuration and process documentation.

Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate stakeholder engagement.

Knowledge of integrations, CMDB/Discovery and JavaScript is an advantage.
