Our client, a growing Digital Transformation consultancy, is hiring a ServiceNow Engagement Manager to join their team remotely on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, driving projects to completion efficiently, on schedule and in line with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements from project kick-off through successful delivery.

  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Direct project planning, execution and delivery, ensuring scope, schedule and resources are effectively managed.

  • Organize and facilitate workshops, meetings and presentations to share progress and insights.

  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  • Deliver timely and transparent updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Skillset

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or client engagement roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.

  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.

  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

  • Experience working on IT or technology-driven projects.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
