Junior Project Management Officer
Our client, a leading life sciences organisation, is hiring a Junior Project Management Officer (PMO) to join their team on a contract basis. Based in Dublin on a hybrid working model (2–3 days onsite per week), the successful candidate will support project teams, establish structured processes and help ensure seamless project delivery.
Responsibilities

Maintain and update project reports, presentations and documentation.

Develop and organise a centralised “source of truth” to streamline workflows for stakeholders and hiring managers.

Create and manage accurate project dashboards and reporting packs.

Provide administrative and organisational support across the project team.

Coordinate meetings, workflows and project-related activities.

Assist Project Managers with day-to-day operations and coordination tasks.

Serve as a highly organised team support resource with exceptional attention to detail.
Skillset
-
At least 3 years’ experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator or similar project support role.

Hands-on experience in Waterfall and/or Agile project delivery environments.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira or equivalent).

Experience developing dashboards and reporting packs for stakeholders.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
