Our client, a leading life sciences organisation, is hiring a Junior Project Management Officer (PMO) to join their team on a contract basis.  Based in Dublin on a hybrid working model (2–3 days onsite per week), the successful candidate will support project teams, establish structured processes and help ensure seamless project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update project reports, presentations and documentation.

  • Develop and organise a centralised “source of truth” to streamline workflows for stakeholders and hiring managers.

  • Create and manage accurate project dashboards and reporting packs.

  • Provide administrative and organisational support across the project team.

  • Coordinate meetings, workflows and project-related activities.

  • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day operations and coordination tasks.

  • Serve as a highly organised team support resource with exceptional attention to detail.

Skillset

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator or similar project support role.

  • Hands-on experience in Waterfall and/or Agile project delivery environments.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira or equivalent).

  • Experience developing dashboards and reporting packs for stakeholders.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
