Our client, a growing AdTech organization, are hiring a hands-on Chief Technology Officer to join their team in New York. The successful candidate will combine strong product vision with operational rigor and an AI-first mindset, leading the development of their next-generation AI-powered advertising platform and search engine.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of a sophisticated, NLP-powered advertising platform.
Architect and scale a high-performance, sports-centric search engine.
Translate cutting-edge AI research into robust, revenue-driving products.
Establish strong delivery processes, ensuring accountability and predictable execution.
Drive cultural transformation within engineering while consistently delivering on timelines.

Skillset

At least 10 years of experience within a leading technology platform environment.
Prior experience as a VP Engineering or senior technology leader who has built and scaled a large-scale image or search engine.
Proven experience building and scaling production-grade search, advertising or AI-driven systems.
Deep expertise in large-scale retrieval systems, search infrastructure and AI applications at consumer scale.
Experience translating applied AI research into fully deployed, revenue-generating products.
Demonstrated track record spanning both consumer search and applied AI-driven product development.
