Project Manager

Our client, an established IT Services and Consulting firm, are hiring a ServiceNow Project Manager to join the team remotely on a 9-month contract. The successful candidate will head a significant federal healthcare technology program, overseeing the implementation of Nuvolo across the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contractor liaison for Veterans Health Administration (VHA) leadership, managing performance issues and coordinating subject matter expertise.

• Direct a complex, multi-project program with scope and lifecycle budget on par with large federal enterprise initiatives.

• Plan, initiate, manage, execute and close program activities to support and advance the VHA’s mission.

• Manage governance, risk, stakeholder engagement and programme performance reporting.

• Ensure all activities comply with federal regulations and contractual requirements.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across both technical and business workstreams.

• Drive the enterprise-wide implementation of Nuvolo software, ensuring seamless integration within ServiceNow environments.

Skillset

• Bachelors degree with minimum 4 years’ experience supporting large corporations or government agencies.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-project programs.

• Experience leading programs through full lifecycle from planning, initiating, executing, monitoring and closing.

• Experience in structured, compliance-driven environments, supporting agency missions.

• Experience with programmes of comparable budget, scale, and complexity.

• Hands-on experience implementing Nuvolo software is a bonus.

• Leadership in ServiceNow implementations.

• Experience within large healthcare organizations or federal healthcare programs, ideally including VA projects is a plus.
