Program Manager

Our client, an established IT Services and Consulting firm, are hiring a ServiceNow Program Manager to join the team remotely on a 9-month contract. The successful candidate will lead a large-scale, long-term transformation program within the Federal Government, centered on implementing Nuvolo software across an integrated healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of complex healthcare programmes, from planning and initiation through to execution and close-out.

• Drive programme delivery in support of an integrated healthcare system.

• Work in close partnership with the Veterans Affairs department to achieve defined strategic objectives.

• Provide oversight across governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and alignment with enterprise best practice standards.

Skillset

• Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in healthcare programme management.

• At least 6 years’ experience supporting a large corporation or government agency.

• Proven track record delivering programmes within an integrated healthcare system.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent qualification.

• Certified Scrum Master accreditation and ITIL Intermediate/ITIL Practitioner certification.

• Direct experience implementing Nuvolo software strongly preferred.

• Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations.

• Previous experience within the healthcare sector, ideally in a federal healthcare environment is a plus.
