Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead – SAM (Financial Services)

Contract: Up to 5 years | Location: France

Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Tech Lead / Architect to drive a long-term SAM implementation in financial services. You’ll lead workshops, design solutions, build key components, and ensure platform excellence end-to-end.

Key Must-Haves:

• ServiceNow SAM Implementation Specialist certified

• Extensive hands-on experience with ITAM/SAM modules

• Proven track record as a Technical Lead / Principal Consultant

• Strong platform architecture, design, and best-practice expertise

• Skilled at workshops, demos, UAT support, and high-quality story writing

What You’ll Do:

• Lead workshops, guide stakeholders, and shape platform design

• Build solution components, oversee technical delivery, conduct peer reviews

• Maintain HLD/architecture docs and write clear technical stories

• Deliver demos and support UAT to capture feedback

Bonus: Experience in financial services or regulated industries
