Our client, a Series A HealthTech startup, is hiring a highly technical Product Manager to join their team in New York. The successful candidate will lead the strategy, development and optimization of multiple internal healthcare technology products, own the product roadmap and translate complex concepts into scalable, real-world solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the product strategy and roadmap for four core products.
Collaborate with 15+ engineers and data scientists to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Define and track KPIs to measure product success and guide ongoing iterations.
Work closely with the CTO and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, design, launch and iteration.
Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable product plans.
Prioritize feature development and manage timelines to meet business objectives.

Skillset

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Engineering, Computer Science or Data Science.
At least five years of product management experience, ideally within healthcare technology.
Demonstrated success launching and scaling complex, technical products.
Strong knowledge of software development and data-driven decision-making.
Experience collaborating effectively with engineering and data science teams.
Experience at Series A–B healthcare startups is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with both technical and non-technical teams.
