ServiceNow CSM Developer with SOM
Our client, a IT Services and Consulting organization, are hiring ServiceNow CSM Developer for an initial 3-month contract. The successful candidate will support the development and enhancement of Customer Service Management (CSM) capabilities, with a focus on sales and order management processes.
Responsibilities

Develop and configure solutions within ServiceNow CSM.

Support workflows related to sales operations and order management.

Build and maintain scripts, business rules, flows, and integrations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices.
Skillset
-
Strong ServiceNow CSM development experience.

Experience supporting sales or order management workflows.
-
Proficiency with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and integrations (REST/SOAP).

Experience integrating ServiceNow with CRM or Order Management systems.

Ability to work in Agile environments.
-
ServiceNow CSA or CSM certification is a bonus.

Experience with IntegrationHub is a plus.
