Our client, a IT Services and Consulting organization, are hiring ServiceNow CSM Developer for an initial 3-month contract. The successful candidate will support the development and enhancement of Customer Service Management (CSM) capabilities, with a focus on sales and order management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure solutions within ServiceNow CSM.

  • Support workflows related to sales operations and order management.

  • Build and maintain scripts, business rules, flows, and integrations.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices.

Skillset

  • Strong ServiceNow CSM development experience.

  • Experience supporting sales or order management workflows.

  • Proficiency with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and integrations (REST/SOAP).

  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with CRM or Order Management systems.

  • Ability to work in Agile environments.

  • ServiceNow CSA or CSM certification is a bonus.

  • Experience with IntegrationHub is a plus.
