Sr ServiceNow Architect (WSD)

Our client, a leading professional services firm, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) expertise to join their team on a contract basis in Virginia.  The successful candidate will lead the architectural strategy and delivery oversight across multiple customer engagements, partnering closely with client stakeholders and internal development teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow WSD solutions.

• Act as the senior technical lead across customer engagements.

• Work closely with customer stakeholders to define solution direction and delivery strategy.

• Provide guidance and oversight to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Ensure scalable, high-quality platform designs aligned with enterprise architecture best practices.

• Operate autonomously while providing strong leadership across complex workstreams.

Skillset

• Demonstrated experience working as a Senior ServiceNow Architect within complex enterprise environments.

• Strong hands-on expertise delivering ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) implementations.

• Proven track record leading customer-facing delivery programs and engagements.

• Ability to independently manage projects and lead technical decision-making.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience collaborating with distributed and global teams across multiple regions.

• Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification would be highly advantageous.
