ServiceNow Developer (AI)

Our client, a ServiceNow solutions organization, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant specializing in AI and Agentic AI to join the team in Ohio on a contract basis. The successful candidate will design and deliver intelligent solutions across the ServiceNow platform, including lead the architecture and development of solutions leveraging Now Assist, AI Agents, Agentic AI Workflows, Predictive Intelligence and GenAI, while mentoring technical teams and owning overall project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver AI-powered ServiceNow solutions.
• Implement Now Assist, AI Agents and Agentic AI Workflows.
• Build GenAI-enabled process automation and intelligent workflows.
• Configure AI Agents, skills, prompts and workflow orchestration.
• Integrate ServiceNow with LLMs, third-party AI tools and data platforms.
• Lead and mentor technical teams.
• Advise customers on AI architecture, governance and best practices.
• Communicate the business value and ROI of AI solutions.

Skillset

• Expert-level ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
• Strong experience with Now Assist, AI Agents and Agentic AI.
• Expertise across at least two ServiceNow modules/process areas.
• Understanding of GenAI, LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with AI integrations and workflow automation.
• Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead technical delivery while remaining hands-on.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications highly desirable.
• Able to travel up to 15%.
• US citizen or Green Card only.
