He has directed, developed and delivered classes in a variety of formats including instructor-led, virtual and cloud-based platforms.
Currently, Andy is leading a team focused on learning experiences and innovation at ServiceNow. His focus is on exploring ways to reimagine how people learn by implementing new technologies into the classroom including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and the metaverse.
