Today’s guest is Doug Rezabek, Director of Strategic Initiatives and ServiceNow Practice at SOFtact Solutions. Founded in 2017, SOFtact Solutions solves problems through design, procurement, integration, execution and program management of subject matter expert,s and the hardware/software necessary to implement solutions. They provide solutions for Government Agencies at the federal, state and local levels, as well as industry partners, non-profit organizations and commercial customers.

Doug has been in IT business for 31 years in a variety of business, marketing and technical roles. He has spent the last eight years working in the ServiceNow ecosystem as an engagement manager, business process specialist and technical architect. Among other current project and corporate responsibilities, Doug is the lead architect for the US Special Operations Forces implementation of ServiceNow, including the core ITSM processes, IT Business Management and Field Service Management.
