His role involves leading strategic initiatives to improve adoption, retention and satisfaction, aligning sales, delivery and operations on key priorities and programs, and using data to drive efficiency, scalability and improvement. With a focus on measurable outcomes and operational excellence, Eric aims to optimize processes, enhance the customer experience and deliver tangible value for customers across the world.
