Erica is a highly accomplished leader responsible for the strategy, design, development, delivery and deployment of global workplace and marketplace technology solutions. She is well known for establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external business partners and vendors to execute key strategic priorities. Erica is passionate about inspiring, mentoring and developing people as well as delivering services that are scalable and consistent with reusability in mind.
In her current role, Erica is responsible for elevating the Team Member experience around the globe for Hilton through the power of data, technology, environment, insights and storytelling. She leads rapid expansion, innovation, integration and accelerated growth of digital capabilities to connect people, transform technology, and elevate the employee and guest experience. Erica also provides an oversight of HR Shared Services, providing Human Resources, Payroll and Technology services to support the global workforce.
