ServiceNow Series E65: Travis Toulson, ServiceNow Architect at CodeCreative

,  | June 22 2022 | Mark Kelly

Welcome to episode 65 in our Digital Transformation series of the Alldus podcast, the show where we highlight the brightest talent and technical leadership within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Powered by Alldus International, our goal is to share with you the insights of leaders in the field to showcase the excellent work that is being done within Digital Transformation and ServiceNow implementations across the United States and Europe.

Today’s guest is Travis Toulson, ServiceNow Architect at CodeCreative in Raleigh, NC. When transitioning from working in maintenance and production into IT, Travis faced a lot of challenges breaking in. Information was hard to find unless you already knew what to look for and he felt people were generally unhelpful. Because of this, it took him around five years just to learn to code and a few more years to cross into IT.

When at rock bottom, Travis promised himself that if he made it, he would do everything he could to hold the door open for others. Thanks to the ServiceNow Community, it’s members, and an amazing group of mentors and recruiters, Travis was given an opportunity better than he ever imagined. Following through on his commitment, Travis uses CodeCreative to share educational content to help people start and grow their careers on the ServiceNow platform.

In the episode, Travis will discuss:

How he got into the world of ServiceNow

Why ServiceNow is the platform of choice

Favorite projects he has worked on

New innovations he is seeing within ServiceNow

The current work he is doing with CodeCreative
