Our client, a leading automotive consultancy, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) to join their digital transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow CSM solutions aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of ServiceNow CSM modules and integrations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance to developers and platform administrators.
- Design and implement workflows, service portals, integrations, and automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and related ServiceNow capabilities.
- Ensure alignment with ITIL and enterprise architecture standards.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance checks.
- Support production deployments and post-implementation improvements.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation.
Skillset- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead or Senior Developer, specifically within CSM implementations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.).
- Experience with automotive industry clients or large enterprise environments preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CSM and Application Developer certifications desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
