Senior HRSD Business Process Consultant
Location: Remote in United States (U.S. Citizens Only)
Employment Type: Contract
Our client, a global tech company, are hiring a Senior HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Business Process Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them analyze, design, and optimize HR business processes enabled by ServiceNow HRSD or comparable platforms.
Responsibilities-
Lead HRSD process design, analysis and optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Translate client business needs into functional requirements, workflows and ServiceNow HRSD configurations.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and process mapping sessions to define current and future state HR service delivery models.

Provide strategic guidance on best practices in HR operations, employee experience, case management and knowledge management.

Partner with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of HRSD solutions.

Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs and training materials.

Serve as a subject matter expert on HR transformation, employee journeys and service delivery automation.

Support change management and adoption initiatives to ensure successful deployment of new HR capabilities.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and project team members.
Skillset-
U.S. Citizenship required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.

5+ years of experience in HR business process consulting, HR operations, or HR technology implementations.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR service management platforms.

Proven expertise in HR process design, optimization and transformation.

Strong understanding of HR functions such as Employee Relations, Onboarding, Case Management, Knowledge Management and HR Shared Services.

Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD, CSA certification is a plus.

Our client, a leading insurance organization, is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing their enterprise risk technology landscape, taking responsibility for shaping and evolving the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) ecosystem while delivering, maintaining and enhancing risk management applications on ServiceNow.
Responsibilities-
Lead day-to-day technical support for IRM, BCM and TPRM applications in production.

Maintain and optimize platform configurations, including forms, lists, workspaces, notifications and ACLs.

Monitor integrations, scheduled jobs and data quality processes to ensure platform stability.

Provide Level 2 support for incidents and problem management.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with out-of-the-box best practices.

Deliver key enhancements across IRM, BCM and TPRM, including workflows, approvals and user experiences.

Develop and maintain core platform components such as Flow Designer logic, business rules and scripts.

Skillset-
Minimum 10 years of experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms.

Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including tables, relationships, ACLs, Flow Designer, UI policies and JavaScript.

Experience working with IRM, BCM, TPRM or other non-ITSM modules.

Demonstrated ability to translate new platform features into tangible business value.

Experience designing and building reports and dashboards.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Solid understanding of data governance, system performance and security principles.

Benefits-
Salary: $170k - $190k
