Our client, a leading retail pharmaceutical company in the Netherlands is hiring an experienced Lead Functional Consultant specializing in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The successful candidate will drive the functional design, implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow IRM capabilities to support enterprise-level governance, risk and compliance (GRC) initiatives.
Responsibilities-
Serve as the functional lead for ServiceNow IRM, acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and solution designs within the ServiceNow IRM framework.

Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions and design reviews with risk, compliance, security and IT stakeholders.

Configure and enhance IRM modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management and Vendor Risk.

Ensure alignment of the IRM solution with industry best practices, regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Oversee functional testing, UAT support and overall solution quality.
