ServiceNow CSM Business Process Consultant
Location: Remote (US-based only)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Our client, an elite ServiceNow Partner, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow CSM Business Process Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will support a major CSM implementation project which will involve working closely with business and IT stakeholders to analyze requirements, design process-driven solutions and optimize workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into ServiceNow CSM solutions.
- Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Document workflows, business rules and functional requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Skillset- ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS CSM.
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow CSM process design and consulting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
