    Our client, a leading Banking organization, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant to join their team on a 3-month remote contract. The successful  candidate will be responsible for working closely with technical teams, stakeholders and ServiceNow platform owners to design, configure and implement ITOM capabilities, ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals.


    Responsibilities

    • Implement, configure and customize the ServiceNow ITOM suite, including Discovery and Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management / Orchestration and Operational Intelligence.
    • Integrate ITOM with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM and CMDB.
    • Develop and maintain Discovery patterns, probes and sensors.
    • Ensure CMDB data integrity and normalization.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide subject matter expertise on ITOM capabilities.
    • Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers and client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Deliver documentation, configuration guides and operational handover materials.



    Skillset

    • At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow ITOM implementation experience.
    • Strong technical background in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
    • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM and/or ServiceNow System Administrator are a bonus.
    • Proven experience with CMDB data modeling, reconciliation and maintenance.
    • Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, VMware).
    • Scripting experience using JavaScript, PowerShell or Python.
    • Excellent troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ServiceNow Architect will play a key role in designing, leading and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with client needs and business objectives. This is a remote role open only to candidates who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Lead architectural design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
    • Translate business requirements into technical designs and provide best practice guidance.
    • Work closely with stakeholders, developers and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
    • Oversee integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that enhance business processes and drive improved results for their government clients.


    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows and integrations with third-party systems.

    • Apply in-depth expertise across core ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and knowledge management.

    • Write and maintain scripts using ServiceNow’s Glide API, JavaScript and other relevant scripting tools.

    • Design and build integrations leveraging REST, SOAP, JSON and other communication protocols.

    • Configure and manage ServiceNow security settings, including Access Control Rules (ACLs) and role-based permissions.

    Skillset

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the full implementation lifecycle of ServiceNow SPM solutions for both enterprise and government clients.

    • Design and build customized solutions within ServiceNow, focusing on SPM modules.

    • Conduct workshops to communicate the value and business impact of SPM.

    • Provide expert-level technical support and guidance to both clients and internal teams.

    • Manage platform infrastructure to ensure seamless operation of SPM and PPM processes.

    Skillset

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT software consulting, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.

    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

    • In-depth understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) concepts, best practices, and practical applications.

    • Proven track record in leading large-scale ServiceNow SPM implementations for enterprise clients.

    • Expertise in software discovery, normalization, and optimization processes.

    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and additional ServiceNow certifications (ITOM, SecOps, GRC, ITSM or ITIL) is a plus.

    • Experience in government contract work and secure environments is a bonus.
