Our client, a growing Govtech organization, are hiring ServiceNow Developers with active Secret Clearance to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the ServiceNow platform, developing workflows, resolving bugs, implementing enhancements and upgrades and supporting the technical implementation of the tool.
Responsibilities- Implement and maintain ServiceNow solutions, including system integrations and workflow development.
- Support ITOM and ITAM applications, including Discovery, Asset Management, Service Mapping and Event Management.
- Monitor system stability and conduct risk assessments to prevent service disruptions.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules, including Agile, Demand, Project, Portfolio and Resource Management.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide visibility into portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and deliver advanced ITSM processes and tooling solutions.
- Apply best practices from ITIL and Agile frameworks to support enterprise IT service delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues for end users, configuring fields, forms, views, email notifications, roles and access controls.
- Modify and customize core ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Requests, Service Catalog) while adhering to best practices.
- Maintain customer relationships and support IT hardware lifecycle replacement across the enterprise.
Skillset- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Systems Engineer.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Request Fulfillment.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow technologies, including HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Jelly scripts and RESTful API web services.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Certified System Engineer.
- ServiceNow ITSM Implementer and ITIL v4 Foundation certifications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Applicable DoD 8140 or DoD 8570 certification.

The successful candidate will apply their expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to address complex challenges, bringing a hands-on, solution-oriented approach to every project.
Responsibilities-
Lead the full implementation lifecycle of ServiceNow SPM solutions for both enterprise and government clients.

Design and build customized solutions within ServiceNow, focusing on SPM modules.

Conduct workshops to communicate the value and business impact of SPM.

Provide expert-level technical support and guidance to both clients and internal teams.

Manage platform infrastructure to ensure seamless operation of SPM and PPM processes.

Ensure adherence to compliance standards such as FedRAMP, DoD IL-4/IL-5 and other regulatory requirements.

Collaborate on technical solution design sessions and actively contribute to process optimization.

Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot complex issues and implement efficient bug fixes.

Expertise in software discovery, normalization, and optimization processes.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and additional ServiceNow certifications (ITOM, SecOps, GRC, ITSM or ITIL) is a plus.

Experience in government contract work and secure environments is a bonus.
