Our client, a global tech organization, are hiring a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their team remotely on a three-month part-time contract. The successful candidate will utilize their skills in Software Asset Management (SAM) to lead and deliver impactful solutions across the company.
Responsibilities-
Serve as the technical lead for ServiceNow SAM implementations.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored SAM solutions.

Configure and customize ServiceNow SAM modules to meet business needs.

Ensure best practices are followed in design, development, and deployment.

Responsibilities-
Design, configure and deploy ServiceNow ITAM modules, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).

Skillset-
At least three years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with a focus on ITAM, SAM or HAM modules.

Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, asset lifecycle management and software license compliance.

Proven expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and Flow Designer for solution development.

Practical experience integrating with external discovery and inventory tools.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITAM, SAM or HAM is a plus.

Background in software development or IT service management.

Solid understanding of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices (ITIL v3 certification is a plus).
