- Maintain HLD/architecture docs and write clear technical stories.
- Deliver demos and support UAT to capture feedback.
Skillset- ServiceNow SAM Implementation Specialist certified.

Our client, a leading banking organisation, is hiring an ITOM Technical Consultant to join their team on a 3-month remote contract. The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions across the full suite of ServiceNow modules. This role involves close collaboration with technical teams, stakeholders, and ServiceNow platform owners to design, configure and implement robust ITOM capabilities.
Responsibilities-
Implement, configure and customize the ServiceNow ITOM suite, including Discovery and Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management / Orchestration and Operational Intelligence.

Integrate ITOM with other ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITAM, CMDB).

Develop and maintain Discovery patterns, probes and sensors.

Ensure CMDB data integrity and normalization.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide subject matter expertise on ITOM capabilities.

Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers and client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Deliver documentation, configuration guides and operational handover materials.
Skillset-
At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow ITOM implementation experience.

Strong technical background in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.

ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM, ServiceNow System Administrator are a big plus.
