Our client, a global IT company, are hiring a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their customer engagement team on a contract basis in Virginia. The successful candidate will focus on delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes for their clients, including designing, configuring and implementing products such as ITSM, ITAM, HRSD and CSM.


Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions to business challenges.

• Define project scope, requirements and overall vision to ensure tailored outcomes.

• Follow and support established technical governance processes.

• Contribute to the ongoing development and upkeep of ServiceNow architecture standards and best practices.

• Engage in design workshops and support development, testing and deployment activities.

• Take responsibility for technical deliverables, including system configurations and integrations.

• Champion and apply ServiceNow best practices across all engagements.

• Develop a strong understanding of client operations and align solutions to their needs.

• Continuously enhance implementation approaches and service offerings based on experience.

Skillset

• Minimum of 2 years' experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions across areas such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, GRC, Security, CSM, HRSD and Service Portal.

• ITIL V3 Foundation certification  and ServiceNow certifications such as System Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist are desirable.

• Strong hands-on development experience within the ServiceNow platform.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide thought leadership across governance, project management, business processes, and technical challenges.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or similar is plus.

Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead - SAM (Financial Services)
Location: France
Contract: Up to 5 years

The successful  candidate will be responsible for working closely with technical teams, stakeholders and ServiceNow platform owners to design, configure and implement ITOM capabilities, ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals.


Responsibilities

• Implement, configure and customize the ServiceNow ITOM suite, including Discovery and Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management / Orchestration and Operational Intelligence.
• Integrate ITOM with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM and CMDB.
• Develop and maintain Discovery patterns, probes and sensors.
• Ensure CMDB data integrity and normalization.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide subject matter expertise on ITOM capabilities.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers and client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Deliver documentation, configuration guides and operational handover materials.

Skillset

• At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow ITOM implementation experience.
